- Performed a transportation analysis that helped optimize seasonal delivery frequency to store locations and produced ~$800,000 (~3% CY Trans budget) in cost savings by removing unessential deliveries while still retaining supply redundancy.
- Implemented a system for identifying, tracking, and remedying impaired inventory (overstocked/non-moving SKUs) to free up slot locations at various warehouses reducing holding costs, allowing space for seasonal inventory builds, and preventing the need for offsite storage expenditure.
