Managing the women's clothing department in the store, making weekly analysis of all women clothing that did or did not sell. So the team can make adjustments to capitalize off what makes the store more money, and what is attractive to our clients. Manages inventory of all women clothing in the back of store and the sales floor. Coaches client advisors on women's merchandise and visuals in store. My time at Ted Baker London was very short I believe, I worked for the company for about two weeks, due to the fact the company filed for bankruptcy during my employment and closed the store within my second week.

  • In my position in Ted baker, I was a sales associate I sold all Clothing for Ted baker, which is a premium luxury sales. I sold women clothing and watches, dresses, suits, perfumes, and colognes.
  • Made sure sales goals are being accomplished.

  • Gave advice to both women and men, about latest fashion trends, and new collections we had in the store.

  • My favorite accomplishment is selling four thousand worth of clothes to clients in two days of me starting my position.

Goodeye Management Inc, was my very first employer, I started off as an entry level sales representative, and made my way up to becoming the sales manager of the marketing firm. Then later down the line the company offered me a position to become a recruiter/administrative assistant, due to the fact I was really good at recruiting and team building which was very crucial to the company growth.

  • The role as a recruiter/ administrative assistant was extremely exciting, I like to say I was the heart of the company since my job was to help run daily operations and manage recruiting, and also fulfill my duties as a sale manager. My job was to keep our office recruitment at 80% and our turnover rate no higher than 20%. My job was to keep the machine running.
  • The first responsibility was hiring, managing all our hiring sites, we used indeed, zip Recruiter, our very own company website, and various other recruiting sites.
  • The next responsibility was filtering out resumes, before starting, first and second round interviews. Viewing candidate management systems, looking for quality candidates, track application process, or update the application processes. I would send emails or call to schedule first round interviews depending if the candidate holds the skills and qualifications the company seeks,
  • Conducting interviews, in the first round interview I briefly explained what the role entails, hours of operations, pay and company mission, and minor questions the interviewee may have. In the second round interview I went more in detail of expectations and requirements the position being offered may hold. What the company expectations are, benefits, PTO, company policies, rules and regulations, and scheduling . Going over employment history of the candidate, and taking notes on the candidate to ensure they can fulfill and meet the company's requirements.
  • Managing onboarding of all candidates both in management and associates, making sure all Information was being understood. I went over benefits, compensation, PTO, company policies, health benefits etc. Tracking applicants background checks, and making sure all procedures before hiring and during hiring are complete.
  • Following up with hiring managers after the interview process to figure out whether a placement can be made; to see if the potential candidate would be a good match for the team, and the company as a whole.
  • Managing office retention, I made sure to get feedback from employees leaving the office due to various reasons. Just to understand why? so we can improve company retention, I talked with management and leaders in the office to improve our office retention, we would schedule meetings to find and plan strategies to help boost our retention rate of employees every three months.
  • Assisting in running daily operations in my role that would be various administrative tasks throughout the morning and after closing hours. These responsibilities would be managing calendars and scheduling meeting or travel arrangements for managers, organizations and filing of all office recorded and employee files, office management and other various tasks.
