Summary of qualifications: Almost 10 years of experience working in the natural gas industry, 8 of those years as a Foreman. Over 1 year of management experience as a General Foreman for Mears Group, LLC. Qualified in several areas including but not limited to experience driving and operating large machinery both for work and in the military; knowledgeable on regulations and safety protocol. I am versatile and able to work anywhere on a job site wherever my skills are needed the most. I have experience with mentoring new crewman on job site and overseeing a small crew on job sites as a foreman, all the way up to overseeing 4 crews conducting projects ranging from gas services to mainline installation and government relocation projects. I am highly reliable, dedicated, hardworking and a strong team player; able to demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking and able to thrive under pressure. Adept at keeping crews working at peak productivity. Well-versed in delegating tasks, training team members and improving performance.
