To start off basketball has been apart of my life ever since i was a child so whenever i have free time i'll go out and get in a session with friends and play competitive against them and just get that work in. That goes for the gym as well, whenever have free time ill go down to the gym in my local area and just get as much as i can to stay fit and things of that nature. Books have a big impact in my life due to the fact that i can learn new words from it and also expand verbally by just learning and keeping your brain working. Meditation, im new to it but it honestly helps keep me down and think about things that run through my mind and just keeps me in a calm environment mentally.
