- Helped usher the new product Flex by Freeman (BeMAtrix) onto the show floor for Yankee Dental in 2017
- Developed a color-coded alphanumeric callout system for identifying Flex panels, parts, and connectors, enhancing accuracy and accessibility on-site.
- Achieved substantial optimization of design workflow by eliminating the need for four separate software platforms previously required for product creation. By implementing a single platform, AutoCAD facilitated seamless transferability from initial designs to detailed models.

- I moved from the Freeman Office (Kearny, NJ) to Massachusetts to assist with the merger.
- I brought in both companies' designers, detailers, and Floorplanners and helped merge them into one Freeman family under the Northeast Regional Design Center, NERD.
- Maintained monthly budgets to track whether or not the department was profitable.
- I helped the department grow when we moved from the Middleboro office to the Avon office.

- I flew to Dallas to train with two of the 4 detailers Freeman had at the time as this was not a formal position back then.
- I spent many hours on the show floor and in the shop to learn how our system builds (MIS at the time)and custom-build projects were executed.
- Created detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

- I started cutting Vinyl headers and applying to Pre-Cut PVC headers for exhibit booths, my first live show was JCK 2004.
- As I progressed, I took on the intricate task of digitally layering graphic files according to 3D production design files. These files were then printed on large-format printers and sent through a machine for lamination and roll pressing onto various panel sub-straights.
- Organized logistics with Freeman Trans for timely delivery of finished panels.
