  • I am currently working at the Greenwich Country Day School Facilities Department. I work alongside the Director of Facilities to develop preventative maintenance programs for all mechanical aspects of school systems, negotiate service contracts, and review all estimates for outside contractors. I work with team members on all aspects of new construction, roughly 150,000 square feet of construction to date. Overseeing safety and maintenance for roughly 700,000 square feet of buildings and homes, multifamily dwellings, and a wastewater treatment center. Provide estimates for all construction of capital improvement projects. I manage all outside contractors, assuring proper insurance coverage, licensing, and company backgrounds. I am working closely with our security teams, public safety department, grounds management systems, EV charging stations, and solar erase systems. I am also overseeing proper permitting for jobs related to schools, construction, and improvements. I am also working with snow removal equipment.
