- Partnered with DOLs, Store Managers, and DSPs (Spark, Uber, Roadie) to drive improvements in On-Time Delivery, Dwell time, and Customer experience.
- Oversaw performance metrics for Associate Picked (APOG) and Spark Shopper orders, maintaining OTD standards above company benchmarks.

Alongside my core responsibilities as a Delivery Territory Manager, I was selected to support multiple cross-functional initiatives that drove innovation, streamlined operations, and enhanced regional performance:
- Regional Training Team: Contributed to the development and production of multiple training videos adopted across the region and the Southeast BU, improving consistency and process clarity.
- Dispatcher Team: Collaborated weekly with software engineers to enhance “Dispatcher,” the internal delivery management platform. Addressed system bugs, proposed feature enhancements, and helped improve overall usability for store teams.
- Spark POC: Served as the primary liaison for all Spark-related concerns across the SEBU. Partnered with stakeholders in the Spark division to resolve issues, improve driver performance, and support operational readiness.
- IAD (Insights, Analytics & Data) Team: Participated in a time study focused on streamlining administrative tasks and reducing non-value-added workload for Delivery teams.
- DENS Tools Team: Collaborated on the development of a standardized Tour Checklist for market alignment across the Delivery Experience Network.
Spearheaded the design of a new Tableau dashboard consolidating critical metrics from multiple data sources into a single interface—intended to provide a unified, data-driven view for store tours.
