All Field Crew maintenance duties for Peoria Stadium and its 17 adjacent game and practice fields.

• Ordering, shipping, receiving, distribution, documentation, labor and time coordination for all warehousing functions
• Vehicle fleet maintenance
• Refrigeration maintenance
• Development and all coordination of the Eaglemount Food Pantry
• Continual addition/flexing of responsibilities.

• Owned and managed business at the Port Townsend Boat Haven
• Trained and supervised all employees in repair and maintenance of wood, fiberglass, metal and composite vessels of all size and purpose
• Responsible for all hiring, training, supervision and quality of work for all employees
• Coordination of fifteen staff and ten or more projects at a time
• Communicate processes and goals with vessel owners, companies, staff
• Coordinate customer scheduling, project processes/deadlines, payroll and tax reporting to bookkeeper and accountant
• (2014 – 2019) Delegate, as needed, to my Office Mgr
• And Crew Foreman while maintaining all pre-existing responsibilities
• Promotion and marketing through local/peninsula media
• Public interaction, training/teaching/speaking (Wooden Boat Festival, Seattle Boat Show)
• Coordinate, build and run business booths at the Seattle Boat Show
