• Learned to operate and maintain the proper levels within the chemical (Spec) balance for production

purposes (P-Coat); adding chemicals, washing chemical tanks, replenishing with correct chemicals ,

changing out powder bags, barrels while also checking on powder booths and assisting a when issue

is occurs.

• While managing P-Coat I assist my fellow co-workers throughout the Weld line, from covering for

Restroom Breaks or helping them set themselves up for better success within the line.

• Took on the opportunity to help kick off the big CyberTruck mission. Jump starting the Cyber Weld

Line to helping manage the shipping of our product. Help manage and maintain a small crew, Achieving

from 40 Parts a week to 40 Parts an Hr. Quite the impact we have made this far already and even bigger

achievements to come.
