Rugby, Weight Training

Wrestling captain in high school. After graduation began transition into rugby with the Rhode Island Rebellion Rugby Club playing the position of wing back. Enjoyed the comradery and sportsmanship of Rugby. Thereafter, had the opportunity to represent the US Army and play rugby at Fort Drum for the Barracks Rangers Rugby Club playing the positions of scrum half and full back.

Enjoy keeping my body in top physical shape. It is extremely important for military members and first responders to take their physical appearance and ability seriously. I regularly weight train at Battalion gym and also invested in a home gym with power rack and weights.
