- Established and developed Long Branch's first Citizen's Police Academy which began in October 2015. This program is held bi-annually and includes weekly lectures and some "hands-on" experiences providing the community a better understanding of The Long Branch Police Department and it's operations.
- Restored an enhanced The Department's Internship Program allowing selected high school and college students an opportunity for police ride-alongs and to gain insight to the Police Department operation in general.
- Managed a weekly Community Service Program (in coordination with Monmouth County Courts System) where criminal offenders were allowed to work within the community in lieu of jail time.
