Projects

AHT Reduction Project, Monitored agent calls to locate opportunities and drivers to assist in lowering AHT. Met weekly with team to implement new strategies and monitor success. IFMLA Leave Site Report, Reinstated IFMLA report for all of Specialty Benefits to assist in ensuring we follow correct process but also assisted correct reporting of absenteeism. LEET Team, As part of LEET committee I served on the board to execute Customer Service Week activities and our Fall Festival. I assisted on all aspects of those activities to ensure success from areas of engagement deco committee for engagement days. I participated in several development project such ad monthly MMR meetings, and the Operation and SST Process team to help streamline processes. In the later part of the year, I assisted my college in reinstating our IFLMA report for both sites.
