• Assist residents with checking in, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Help to manage the flow of the center, and assist with the overflow of packages and deliveries
• Perform other duties such as: assisting the bell stand, providing luggage carts and utilizing other tools to meet residents needs
• Provided administrative assistance to management team via communicating with residents and assuring service requests are met
• Support the management team with tours of our lobby and surrounding areas Proactively keep watch on main floor and sky deck including pool and bbq area
• Assigned residents, guests and tours with parking passes and directions throughout the property and maintained a log of them to minimize any legal issues with law enforcement

• Identify and greeted potential clients through active solicitation at various venues offering information on area attractions and amenities
