Hello, I'm Joseph Brimhall. My family and I started visiting Lopez Island in 2008 and always looked forward to picking up breakfast pastries at Holly B's, which my family considers to be a seminal institution of breakfast and good times on the island. We bought our land here in 2017 and moved out in 2021. My family is highly invested in the success of Holly B's and I would love the opportunity to "be the change I wish to see in the world" and help support such an amazing bakery. My family has seen different management of the bakery come through, some better than others. I'm interested in expanding my skill set. I see working in a bakery as a time honored tradition and a great service to my community.
