  • Provided the commanding general with tailored response options to adversary aggression, which resulted in the desired effects in executed Flexible Response Options (FROs), and a Campaign Battle Plan.
  • Crafted simple, executable solutions to complex strategic and tactical problems that enabled the command to reach its strategic requirements and be successful in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Planned, coordinated, and conducted a robust training plan incorporating the Joint Targeting School, DIA, NGA, DTRA, UFAC, United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT), and the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center.   • Supervised four GS-12 subordinate brigades' safety and occupational health personnel.
  • Developed and oversaw a 24-hour-per-day Safety and Occupational Health program dedicated to accident prevention, safety awareness, training, and investigation activities.
  • The safety program encompassed safety and occupational health issues that impact the readiness of units throughout four brigades, across five installations, numerous units deployed, and nearly 10,000 soldiers.
  • The Safety Director is responsible for the training and oversight of military and civilian safety professionals to ensure that safety officers are integrated into training and real-world environments. The operations involve exposure to chemicals, radiation, explosives, asbestos, lead, and toxic liquids. The work is complicated by complex, changing work operations, and diverse environmental conditions. The Safety Director liaises with installation and theater safety components to ensure all units comply with all Army, United States Forces Command (USFORSCOM), and the 32d AAMDC Commanding General Safety Program.
  • The work includes the oversight of the safety aspects of (1) Command Operations, such as work site inspections and construction plan reviews; (2) transportation—vehicle operations for private and military vehicles, rail, and air operations; (3) range operations; (4) ammunition use and storage; (5) training of collateral duty safety officers; (6) accident investigations and reports; (7) radiation protection and hazardous waste disposal; and (8) public and family safety.

  • Managed Worldwide Individual Augmentation System (WIAS) taskings
  • Provided synchronization to the staff writ large by chairing the CUOPS Staff Synchronization meeting that reviewed received orders, taskings assigned with status follow up, and upcoming orders to be issued.
  • Trusted to represent the 32d AAMDC at the Weekly USFORSCOM Movement Mobility Brief; resulted in all deployments and Prepare to Deploy Units maintaining their timeline & readiness.
  • Served as the 32d AAMDC Unit Status Report (USR) & USFORSCOM Readiness Report (FRR) action Officer. Oversaw four brigades and the 32d AAMDC Headquarters reports to Headquarters Department of the Army & USFORSCOM. Resulting in all four brigades meeting deployment timelines and readiness from 2019-2023.
