I've been employed by Walmart for the past eight years and it's been an awesome journey. Walmart invested in Academies that they placed inside of stores that offer extensive training skills to enhance growth in management. In November 2015 I was offer my first managers roll as Customer Service Manager and was sent to an Academy store in Alabama for a week which resulted in 56 hours of training. In 2017 I was promoted to Online Grocery manager and it required (254 hours) of intense training. Walmart has given me the opportunity to enchance my skills by offering free online college courses in which I will be enrolling in the Spring.
