I love to Knit and Crochet during the winter months , Summer backyard gardening and Indoor gardening to make our house look like a Rainforest are a few of my passions. I also raise 8 chickens ,a bunny named Snowball and an English Mastiff named Dash along with my daughters Anabel (13) and Abigail (8). We have Fish tanks and have learnt recently to use the water from the fish tank and compost tea to nourish our indoor and outdoor plants - which brings me to say , I love learning new things with my daughters . When time permits and my husband has vacation , we love to travel around the world , learn the geography , eat different food , learn about the people who live there and their culture .
Additional Information
I am involved in our Church congregation along with my Husband Edwin Stanley . I love to lead our women's group Bible Study and having been leading the group for the past 3 years . As a young mom , the first things i did with my babies was enrolled them in programs like 1000 books before Kindergarten in Madison WI and then in Coopersburg PA - the library was the place we made friends and learnt to trust people . So it gives me immense pleasure in joining the Marathon County Public Library Board and hopefully help as much as I am asked to help.
