Over 20 years of experience in the firearms industry teaching shooting techniques, self-defense, safety 2 years instructing concealed weapon classes while maintaining a clean and organized classroom. • Gathers data on assessed properties by conducting physical inspections and taking photographs. Reviews building plans and other related construction documents. Determines tax rates by the properties assessed value. Answers property owners questions concerning valuation of the property and tax rate.

• Job site foreman that operated heavy equipment to assist in disaster relief. Set up base camps for displaced people impacted by natural disasters. Installed, HVAC systems, portable showers, laundry trailers, and hand wash stations. Set up yurt style living quarters for first aid stations, sleeping quarters, dining facilities, etc. Compiled lists, wrote reports, and after-action reviews of major events, or daily activities. Inspected, installed, and verified the operation of generators, HVAC units, and work vehicles.

• Maintained safe working conditions while in hazardous conditions. Shot multiple calibers from 20 mm to 9 mm into hard and soft armor to analyze ballistic performance and survivability of armor, panels, doors, and buildings for government agencies and allies. Load specific bullets and explosives using test standards provided by agencies. Used 4 axis accelerometers and high speed cameras to compile data using Microsoft excel.

In my role as Regional Manager, I oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring strong financial controls and employee accountability at every site. I am responsible for managing money drops, verifying expense sheets, recruiting and developing staff, conducting team meetings and trainings, and overseeing both hiring and terminations as needed to maintain a high-performing team.

I regularly attend corporate meetings to align regional operations with company goals, lead new product rollouts, and supervise recruitment and inventory management. I also ensure that all facilities are maintained, security systems are monitored, and I utilize my technical expertise to reprogram, troubleshoot, and rebuild coffee and espresso machines as needed.
