I have been in the kitchen industry for almost 20 years now, and have held almost every position available therein. I have also helped with the family construction business, learning all the necessary skills for home building. I am interested in outdoor activities, travel, and creating art. I've been selling creative paintings for a few years now, and am looking to expand that into the future. I have always wanted to utilize my Anthropology degree, but never really got the opportunity, and then became enmeshed in the career I had in restaurants. I'm a hard worker, a fast learner, and never above any kind of labor.
I've been helping with my father's construction company for my entire adult life, learning all the skills of a general contractor. I am proficient in excavation, masonry, framing, roofing, electrical work, and all other finishing skills required in home building.
I have supervised job sites, handled all sorts of repair and renovation work, and done essentially every type of job available in the construction industry.
Ensured consistent food quality and efficiency, supervised employees, developed menu items, and headed up the bakery as well.
Prepared and served fine dining quality dishes for large groups for weddings and special events.
Specialized in efficiency, multitasking, and consistency, as well as helping to streamline preparation logistics.
Represented the company on site at the events, both in plating and supervising the food output, as well as interacting with guests and ensuring a smooth service.
