Summary

I’m a Commercial Project Superintendent with 25+ years of construction experience leading ground-up construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and complex commercial projects throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.

I’m a safety-first, boots-on-the-ground leader who establishes clear expectations, maintains accountability, and builds productive relationships with inspectors, neighbors, subcontractors, clients, and project teams. I bring a strong understanding of construction sequencing, constructability, schedule management, and the day-to-day realities of delivering complex projects in the field.

I have a proven ability to lead field operations from mobilization through final closeout, with a consistent focus on maintaining schedules, coordinating deliveries, meeting critical milestones, and resolving field issues before they impact the project.

Safety and quality are central to my approach. I promote a strong safety culture through weekly safety huddles and scheduled OSHA compliance walks, while maintaining quality through daily site walks, active field oversight, and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings. I take pride in keeping projects organized, productive, and aligned with client expectations.
