  • Consistently produced above target and goals concerning major rotating equipment run times and production downtime forecasts.
  • Assisted with managing the transitions from BP to PXP, FMOG, and APC while on the Marlin TLP to promote consistency across the departments and asset focusing on safety, production, and cost.
  • Managed all aspects of the maintenance management program and maintenance team which included mechanics, electricians, I/E technicians, automation specialist, planner, and warehouseman.
  • While on Marlin as Automation Specialist, managed all automation projects for the asset in addition to day-to-day operational support for all HMI, servers, production instrumentation, and control systems in accordance with production operations, regulatory requirements and USCG compliance. Major projects included several subsea wells and first subsea pump project in the Gulf of Mexico.
