• As a Transit Operation Manager Metro Micro, I Directed day-to-day operations by supporting a strong operational team of supervisors and bus operators. The Micro Transit team was tasked with providing on-Demand Service to los Angels County riders by giving people more affordable, flexible options to get around the city safely. Metro Micro is designed to replace short solo trips. Flexible on-demand service is operated by Metro employees in vehicles that hold up to 10 passengers with flexible mobility option. As a manager of a new On Demand Rideshare service, I implemented polices, standard operating procedures, vehicle inventory control and customer service.

• During incidents work with bus control to coordinate a bus bridge to provide alternate transportation for passengers that are delayed.

Start-up team

The Crenshaw LAX/Division 16 . As a transit supervisor on the project part of the duties is to support the contractors during the construction of the new rail line and construction of a new division. Support testing of new trains and rail lines. The team overseas the completion of stocking all necessary materials and equipment for a fully functional Division.

• Executed a mock drill called "Fire in the box" Worked with the Safety and Instruction department filming an emergency incident involving a train on fire with passengers in a tunnel. As a communication controller my responsibility was to work with the train controller by making proper notifications and coordinating with Law enforcement, personnel and management.
