• I have been employee of the month for developing a training program for downstream production. The program was extremely successful and brought the turnover rate down to the lowest it had ever been in that department.
• I have been customer care hero twice. Both times for catching issues in production that would have impacted the customer and product quality. The company highlighted my achievements on the company Instagram page.
• I am ISO 9001& 14001 certified for internal auditing.
• I was consistently ranked as the top production operator in downstream year over year. I was at the top of our production efficiency board year over year.
• I have been promoted several times in my 14 year career. I was given the opportunity to develop a training program and integrate safety into that program as well. I was promoted to team leader for my shift. I was repeatedly praised in that role by the people that worked for and with me. I was then promoted to Shift Superintendent and shortly after promoted to Development Engineer. I have created several products while being in this role. The most notable being a fiber that wraps around fiber optic cable that goes underwater. That product is in 85% of all underwater fiber optic cable in North America.
