• Greet and assist guests
• Maintain course and practice range
• Clean and restock golf carts daily
• Prepare golf carts daily by stocking pencils, tees, scorecards, and towels
• Communicate with other staff members to efficiently complete job duties
• Provide exceptional service and assistance to golfers
• Perform a variety of duties around the bag room, such as club cleaning and transferring clubs to various locations
• Perform other tasks as necessary

• Direct guests to the entrance of the wash station and/or guide automobiles onto the conveyor of automatic mechanism
• Wash the front and rear of the vehicle using brush and detergent
• Assist customers with the pay station
• Collaborate with team members to complete high-volume tasks, ensuring timely completion of all jobs
• Promote memberships and additional services to customers
• Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company procedures and safety guidelines
