Conduct field surveys using GNSS (GPS), and other precision equipment to collect accurate topographic, boundary, and construction data.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and CAD technicians to provide precise measurements and data used in site planning, design, and construction.

Interpret and mark property lines, easements, and rights-of-way to ensure compliance with legal descriptions and regulatory standards.

Utilize software such as Trimble Access, to process field data and produce survey maps, plats, and legal documentation.

Maintain clear and detailed field notes, survey records, and job documentation for project tracking and reporting.

Adhere to safety protocols and operate equipment in varying terrains and weather conditions.

• Give clients best options for their suited HVAC needs.
• Perform manual J calculations to confirm the tonnage size for the home.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner, via phone, text, and email. Along with following up with clients that are still interested in equipment.
• Efficiently maintain an excel spreadsheet that keeps track of sales, client information, etc.
• Make follow up calls to clients that have purchased equipment to ensure complete satisfaction with their new system.

• Verify the accuracy of the survey data, measurements and calculations.
• Record the survey data including location, elevation, and dimensions.
• Loading, and offloading CSV, DXF files.
• Travel to locations and use known reference points to determine the exact locations.

• Ensured all safety protocols were followed by enforcing all safety reports and daily safety meetings. Along with going over chemical SDS sheets and AHA paperwork.

• Assisted at South Cross plant in Bayside, Texas with bolt up and replacement of gaskets. Along with helping welders with measurements and cuts.
