  • TMP (Target Marketing Project): Conducted an in-depth competitive analysis of Gold’s Gym and Planet Fitness, evaluating their target markets, pricing strategies, and customer experience. Over the course of a semester-long project, I conducted 13 professional interviews with employees and 28 customer interviews to gather industry insights. Using this research, I developed an 86-page marketing strategy and created a new gym concept designed to compete directly with these brands. This included branding, pricing, and a go-to-market strategy.
