Heavy highway construction

Work, train, and manage the field crews and support other superintendents and project managers as needed to keep crews on task and working as a team until completion.

• Manage subcontractors on assigned projects . Storage facilities , Concrete Tilt-ups. Other commercial buildings.
• Schedule all subcontractors with tasks daily, and provide 3 week look ahead to project managers and Subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule, and with quality work
• Hold weekly meetings with foreman, project managers , and owners on the week ahead and the week previous on project progress .
• Meet with project owners, contractors , city inspectors, architects, and engineers.

• Pour flatwork and structural concrete
• Heavy civil & Industrial / Water treatment facilities, water tanks, canals , structural and flat work.
• Schedule, manage, and oversea all activities within the concrete division
• Work with project managers during precon to prepare for project and get familiar with all aspects of the project
• Get foreman prepared to perform work with an deep understanding of the prints and project timeline.
• Maintained safety onsite and upheld all OSHA and state safety regulations
• Reviewed plans and inspected ongoing construction to keep work in line with project goals.

• Build, assemble, and maintain crews.
• Estimate and assure new work was coming in.
• Meet with inspectors, state officals, or contractor from the precon stage to final walk throughs. Supported and supervised team of 10 to 15 concrete professionals.
• Developed, maintained and operated company's web presence.
• Maintained and purchased all neccesary equiptment & formwork.
• Hired and managed employees to maximize productivity while training staff on best practices and protocols.

• Reviewed blueprints, specifications and drawings to fully understand project scope ahead of time.
• Planned each job with appropriate safety measures, addressing weight limits and fall protection.

• Was the lead project superintendant on a $100MM+ projected contracted by Keiwit and the project ahead of schedule and below budget . This was my last job working for drycreek before starting my own company
• Led large crews from 10 to 50 team members and often multiple jobs and crews at the same time.
• Completed final walk throughs at job sites to close out projects.
