Achievement: Researching and finding a blade sharpening machine for our panel line cut-off saw blades. This allowed us to go from 2-5 blade changes a day for each of the five lines to just one blade per day. Greatly reducing machine down-time, scrap, quality issues, and a full-time blade sharpening position.
