  • When I was hired to be the service manager for Liberty Bay the company was declining in business revenue month over month that started five years prior
  • I was actually in a fixed operations manager position with the title of "Service Manager"
  • I oversaw 30 or so employees on average for the year I was there
  • The employees were in my Detail department, Parts department and Service department
  • I took my customer service and people skills and turned the department into a profitable area of the dealership within the first 6 months
  • I had the method of thinking outside of the box and taking care of employees as my mindset
  • We had months in 2019 that were 50-80 percent higher in total sales and gross profit from the same month prior year
