I am run the drill locator used for HDD drilling machines, I am comfortable using both Subsite brand and DigiTrak brand. I am also locating live utilities with a Dynatel system. I’m also comfortable using hydrovacs to daylight utilities, I’ve been around Ditwitch brand and Vermeer brand. I also work on my skills using the mini excavator, or getting better at running the drill.

I was a drill locator mainly at my time with Springline. I attended a drill school at the Vermeer facility. When not locating or drilling, I was daylighting utilities or using mini excavator to dig or fill in receiving pits. They had a water and sewer pipe division I would lend hand to when drilling was slow as well. I attended a MSHA mine training course with this company as well.

I worked as a nuke technician performing density tests for material compactions. When not doing that I was running a drill rig that was used for soil sampling. I would also test concrete samples per request.

When I first started at Springline, I was at their gravel pit, performing most work in a skid steer.

Then would rotate between being a ditch hand for the water and sewer crew. Or helping out on the drill crew as a laborer.

I had eventually moved up to locating for the drill.
