As a Member Experience Manager, I got to manage each reservation that I was assigned to for each day with a team that I oversaw to make sure everything went smoothly and to expectation; from when our members arrived on site, and until they departed our facility to their aircraft. One of the major qualities needed for this job is that you have to know how to manage your time wisely while doing multiple things at the same time - multitasking is huge in this role.

As a Logistics Agent, we take care of our members and non members when they are at PS. From providing an amazing experience for our members who are enjoying their time in their suite or the Salon, to working behind the scenes to make sure all documents are approved to fly and boarding passes are received and bags are tagged and sent off to the aircraft on time.

  • For departures, we figure out a timeline on when it is the perfect time to move our members to TSA (timelines change so often that we need to be alert at all times to make we execute it perfectly), then get them safely to their aircraft while driving on the airfield; making sure our members arrive on time and do not miss their flight.
  • For arrivals, we wait for the aircraft to get to the gate and we escort our members off the aircraft to their private vehicle, and drive them back to PS. If it is an International arrival, we have a private CBP on site to make sure they are cleared to enter.
  • We also have a service called PS Direct, which on arrivals, we drive our members to their home or address they provide to us and drop them off with their bags safely.

As a Customer Experience Associate, my job is to take care and assist new potential borrowers and current borrowers with any questions they might have about their loan or the loan process and about us here at Better. If current borrowers needed to be connected with their point of contact on their loan file I would reach out to them. Also, in this position, I needed to know knowledge e=of every point of the loan process from the application to the closing of the loan to be able to assist our borrowers. I always try to provide the best customer service making each person I speak to comfortable and feeling supportive in their decision to refinance or purchase a loan.

As a Accounts Associate (Customer Experience), my job is to make those outbound calls to those who has shown interest in our company here at Better from our third party partners like BankRate, LendingTree, Zillow etc. I would be able to explain all about us here at Better and assisting new potential borrowers filling out a new application to get them pre-approved for a loan; also helping them even locking in their rates. I always try to provide the best customer service making each person I speak to comfortable and feeling supportive in their decision to refinance or purchase a loan.

Next week I will be moving to Ally, one of Better's partnerships. I hope to bring the skills and knowledge I have to Ally to further assist and take care of our customers and future customers.
