Demonstrated to learn new procedures and policies using defensive tactics within strict guidelines. Leverages excellent listening and service skills in emergency response and evaluation procedures.
I've been with USI for 6 years, working in various types of roles within the security field from access control and other types of services, to supervisory and lead officer roles.
I returned to work there as i loved the people i worked with and knew the job very well, to the point that i got promoted up the ladder to key-holder which had me doing duties very similar to managers without the firing responsibilities.
Working there was refreshing and eye opening. Learning about myself while trying to sell cars, and discovering that selling cars wasn't for me.
I started as a seasonal sales person that would help customers on the sales floor with retrieving items from higher shelves and whatever stock if any from the back room. While working there I got promoted to assistant manager and would aid the manager with bulk orders for embroidery and also floor sets (Which is rearranging the store a certain way.)
I started working here after getting out of the military and it was my first job. I was responsible for ensuring public safety while patrons were shopping, either by walking the mall or operating outside of it in either the vehicle or bicycle in the summer in the parking lot. While working there I had been awarded a Distinguished Service award for saving a life after the mall was closed.
