Accomplishments

Operational Supervisor I was able to completely update and renovate inventory stocking and tracking taking our facility for years of being in the red to being profitable


Leadman for Building and Grounds at Viking Pump, brought skillset and knowledge to plan and execute a massive remodel project to save the board time giving quarterly meeting with new space I spearheaded the hands on renovation of, saving the company nearly $1M keeping project in house vs hiring outside contractors to complete the same work.


Multiple recognition awards from our upper management at our production plant, as well as down town headquarters and foundry; coming up with solutions that had plagued the business for years; mostly due to their new found ability keeping 90% of renovation work in house since I possess the knowledge/expertise to handle each scope required.


Built 2 successful construction businesses from word of mouth only due to attention to detail planning and executing jobs regardless of size.
