• Responsible for overseeing the team that handles all production operations at a 3 million gallon per year facility specializing in IPAs. Conducts employee training and SOP development and validation. Led implementation of new equipment innovation and processes.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.

• Trained and led a team of active Bloods, Crips and Gangster Disciples gang members in a pioneering Diversity/Equity/Inclusion start-up to operate a 1.8 million gallon per year facility. Responsible for all cold side operations including fermentation, centrifugation, filtration, blending, and packaging. Developed and implemented Lean production process improvements and SOPs.

• Expanded product portfolio and helped bring the brewery from bankruptcy to profitability in 18 months.
• Developed and implemented new production processes and SOPs.

• Operated at its time the largest on campus brewery in the country. Worked with faculty and students in an innovative public/private partnership.
• Evaluated staff performance and provided coaching to address inefficiencies.

Responsible for all production activities and facility maintenance.
