Provide pastoral and administrative leadership for adult Bible Fellowship Groups, young adults, young couples, guest engagement, and community outreach. Partner with ministry leaders and church staff to strengthen discipleship, develop leaders, connect people to the church, and create pathways toward spiritual growth and service.

• Support Bible Fellowship Group leaders through regular communication, relationship-building, ministry coordination, and leadership-development initiatives.
• Help connect guests and new attendees with Bible Fellowship Groups, ministry opportunities, and appropriate next steps through personal follow-up and relational engagement.
• Contact inactive and disconnected members to provide pastoral care, identify ministry needs, and encourage renewed participation in the church.
• Recruit, equip, and coordinate volunteer leaders for discipleship programs, church events, and community-outreach initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate Bible studies and discipleship environments for college students, singles, engaged couples, and young married couples.
• Plan and lead a six-week marriage study, coordinating curriculum, weekly teaching, supporting couples, registration, communication, and participant engagement.
• Plan young-adult gatherings and outreach events that promote biblical community, spiritual formation, and stronger connection to the local church.
• Collaborate with pastors, ministry staff, and volunteers to evaluate ministries, develop new initiatives, and accomplish church-wide discipleship objectives.
• Manage ministry budgets, event expenses, volunteer needs, schedules, promotional communication, and logistical details.
• Provide pastoral care, prayer, biblical encouragement, and spiritual guidance to individuals and couples.
