I started out as a construction Laborer in 2001. In 2007, I was given an opportunity to become a Plaster Foreman. Which I remained until 2017, through various companies, in Michigan. I did experience the opportunity to become a member of the Executive Board for Plasters Local 514, during my tenure as a construction foreman. In 2017 Harnish Fireproofing brought me on to their team to become a Project Manager/Estimator, Safety Representative, and Superintendent. During my time at Harnish, I've learned how to manage/estimate, Cementitious & Intumescent fireproofing(all manufacturers), Soundproofing(Cellu-Shield & Monoglass), Spray Foam, and Firestopping(Hilti & STI). While utilizing the Edge Estimating Program. I have learned products(PDS, SDS, UL Designs, Codes, etc.), in order to manage, estimate and train accordingly. While learning all of these specialized trades, I have taken multiple training courses(approved applicator for all products, multiple safety courses), and have the ability to complete maintenance/repair on all equipment. Fireproofing is what I am most accustomed to, and have been doing so since 2001.
