With Waste Management, I began as an Account Associate I, supporting inbound customer queue calls in the Florida Market. In January 2024, I was promoted to the Proactive Retention Team, where I led outbound retention campaigns and played a key role in customer relationship management. On July 27, 2025, I was promoted to Account Associate II, a recognition of my consistent performance, initiative, and leadership within the team.
Before coming to WM, I was an experienced Field Engineer/Integrator with over 3 years of hands-on expertise deploying 5G and LTE technologies for AT&T in the Kansas/Missouri Market and also for on the island of Puerto Rico, primarily using Nokia equipment. Proficient in integrating Ericsson BBU6630, BBU5216, and DUS, as well as Nokia ASIK, ABIL, ABIA, and ASIA AirScale and Flexi platforms. Served as Lead Field Engineer in the St. Louis Market for T-Mobile’s 5G Readiness Project, one of the company’s first 5G deployments, where I led installation and integration efforts for Nokia ASIK and ABIL systems.
Before transitioning into telecom integration, I built a strong foundation in sales with over 14 years of experience in both telemarketing and door-to-door sales. I consistently delivered results for companies such as TruGreen, Security Solutions, and Brinks Home Security, earning a reputation as an effective and persuasive communicator with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting customer relationships.

Top performer in the 2024 Hillsborough County Resign Campaign, securing the most signed renewal agreements out of ~10 team members.
Set the record for most signed agreements in a month for the Florida Retention Team at 134.
Achieved highest number of signed agreements for all of 2024 within the Florida Retention Team.
Currently holds the most signed agreements for 2025 in the Florida Retention Team (520) signed agreements as of August.
Ranked #9 nationally in 2024 for signed agreements across WM, according to Salesforce Ambition metrics.
