Oversee the Journey Ministry which includes oversight of all Valley Baptist Journey group including men, women, couples
and youth groups. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the other Bakersfield area Journey Groups. This also includes hosting and attending mini-retreats and commencement ceremonies.
* Participating in the following ministry events:
> M-6 – I attend most M-6 nights in my area to foster discipleship via on-ramping towards Journey Groups.
> M-24 – I attend each M-24. I engage my community in an effort to foster involvement in the event. I participate in a role that fosters discipleship via on-ramping toward Journey Groups.
> Souly Business- I attend the majority of Souly Business weekends. I participate in a role that fosters discipleship via on-ramping toward Journey Groups. I engage my community in an effort to encourage their involvement in events (both with first time brothers and with host team members)

> Influencer Guide Training Lunches- I host/Lead a table (group) each Tuesday.
> Influencers Guide Season Orientation- I attend and organize this event every August to kick off Co-Guide engagement.
> Influencers Guide Appreciation Dinners- I attend and organize this event with spouse to encourage and foster deeper leadership development of Co-Guides.
