I prioritize discipline, work ethic, accountability, sacrifice, and coachability, drawing from my successful high school, college, and professional experiences. With a strong ability to teach, connect with, and mentor young athletes, I am dedicated to helping them reach their goals on and off the court, while cultivating a culture of camaraderie, hard work, and unity, all while instilling values that will serve them long beyond their basketball careers.
