I worked as a summer camp counselor where I was responsible for supervising a group of campers and making sure they were safe and having fun throughout the day. I helped plan and lead different activities like games and team challenges, and I made sure everyone felt included. This job helped me become more responsible, improve my leadership and communication skills, and learn how to handle conflicts and solve problem when they came up.
