
Over the course of working for the college, I learned valuable skills in the kitchen, honing my skills and problem solving skills for future uses down the line. On a more personal basis, I was often asked to teach new hires the ropes of their position, as well as being asked to fill in for various positions as needed. Additionally, the first semester working for the college, I was recommended by both my immediate supervisors of my kitchen, as well as the supervisors of that kitchen department for a promotion to student supervisor. Overall, I strive to work harder and to always be learning new skills to add, and hope to be of great help to future employers.
