- Employee joined NGAS at the end of May, 2020 starting out in the “icebox” while awaiting a secret clearance. Employee then moved into a Sr. Principle Subcontracts Administrator position managing a $300M+ CPIF subcontract with a Tier 1 subcontractor within the Aerospace sector.
- Employee was then ask by Leadership to move to support another Tier 2 subcontractor which was also part of the mission systems group within the sector. The Employee took on this role displaying Leadership qualities, managing large complex subcontracts while mentoring and providing guidance to their immediate team.
