

Experienced and qualified on inspecting and signing for both UH/1Y and AH/1Z airframes for both preflight and postflight inspections and to include hourly and special inspections. Experienced and qualified on track and balancing rotor systems to include in-flight balancing. Experienced and qualified as a collateral duty inspector. Experienced in inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and servicing aircraft, systems, and related equipment to include functionally checking installed components for proper operation. Experienced in inspecting and identifying aircraft corrosion for prevention and repair actions. Knowledge of proper handling, use, and disposal of hazardous waste and materials. Knowledge and experience of operating ground support equipment. Knowledge and understanding of theory of gas turbine engines. Experienced on TH-1H maintenance and scheduling. Analytical and well-versed in the maintenance and inspection procedures of aircraft systems by following NAVAIR regulations and guidelines. Experienced in planning for scheduled maintenance on 30 plus aircraft with minimal crew. Experienced in heavy phase maintenance and reset. Experienced in reading and interpreting aircraft manuals and schematics. Ability to communicate professionally with excellent organizational skills. Knowledgeable in law enforcement techniques, small arms handling and employment, emergency first aide, force continuum, less than lethal application, and entry and access control procedures.
