I have a ton of experience with learning from other worship leaders and then leading teams and guiding them not only to be excellent and ready to lead people, but also guiding them to the Lord. My heart and soul ache to see pure authentic worship released in the earth that is not only married to Spirit, but is also married to Word. And I believe it first has to start in our homes and ministries. For me worship leading is not about having a mic or a platform, but rather it is about fulfilling the priestly role of creating a space for the Lord to be enthroned in. Its not about me or what music will speak to me, but rather what ultimately moves him. I also have a heart to see others rise up in their Levitical calling and gifting. And I am always wanting to prepare people in a way that makes them better then me!
At the Ark Fellowship Church I have stepped more into not only being more flowy, but creative, and allowing the Lord to create in different spaces during worship sets. We at the church also follow our md and use the nashville number system, which has strengthened me as well!
In this role, its given me leadership responsibilites and has helped me learn how to lead a team with humbleness and drive.
My experience during being at The Gate Charlotte, was I began learning how to lead and free atmospheres!
During my time at RDS I learned a lot of things about myself that needed to be refined and also stepped into more authority and understanding of my true identity.
During the time at being at Trinity Church I stepped into more roles such as leading a full team and understanding how to guide and facilitate the dynamics of a team
This is where I started leading worship for the main service. I was 15 at the time and learned how to prepare a set and lead the congregation into worship!
