The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a key executive responsible for driving the commercial strategy and revenue growth of the company. Overseeing all customer-facing departments, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience. Ensuring our products reach the right markets and that customer satisfaction remains at the core of our operations. As well as a hands-on team member that is responsible for the safe, precise, and efficient installation of garage storage rack systems at customer locations. This role is crucial in delivering a high-quality experience and ensuring that our storage solutions are secure, functional, and visually appealing.

The Connections Pastor plays a vital role in helping people move from first-time guests to fully engaged members of the church community. Responsible for creating and overseeing systems that foster connection, spiritual growth, and belonging through welcoming environments, small groups, volunteer engagement, and next steps in faith.

• Lead the strategy for welcoming first time guests and guiding them toward full church involvement.
• Oversee guest follow up systems, connection events, and next step pathways.
• Collaborate with hospitality, greeter, parking, and welcome teams to ensure a warm, intentional experience every weekend.
• Oversee volunteer onboarding processes and ensure people are placed in roles where they can grow and thrive.
• Work with ministry leaders to develop healthy volunteer cultures and leadership pipelines.
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to support discipleship and pastoral care strategies.
• Pastoral care for volunteer team, by hospitals visits, prayer, Bible studies, meal deliveries.
