Im very self motivated always taking pride in my work and trying to do the best job possible in the safest way possible.

If teaching someone a task always show them the correct way to do the task and then have them do the tasks step by step back to me to ensure they understand task at hand make sure if they have questions im willing to answer them and re-do the task again if nessisary.
