I have been with the AT&T formerly (Directv) for a total of almost 19 years. I began my current role in March of 2023 so that I could continue working remotely from home, my previous division- AT&T Broadband was restricting work from home roles. In my current role, I assist AT&T customers all across the United States, and when they travel internationally. The main component of my duties include providing technical assistance for the many issues that may occur with cell phones.
In this role my main duty was to provide technical assistance to AT&T customers with home internet and home phone related issues, connectity failures etc.
While performing the other roles listed above, this was my original role with the company Directv, before it became AT&T in roughly 2017. I worked in and out of this role as the company needed since 2004. The duties of this position were providing technical assistance to the then DirecTV customers with satellite based television services.
In this role my main duty was to review accounts for fraudulent activity including identity theft,and external fraudulent access. In some cases an account may have been determined completely fraudulent and terminated.
