As a former player in i9 sports, I am familiar with the supportive culture, friendly staff, and rules of the game. This made effective communication and coaching techniques much easier to implement on the field. With my recurring students, I can see a change for the better in their skills, attitude, and overall athletic performance. As a referee, viewing all aspects of the game is much more simplified due to my experience. I have also been working at multiple schools and cultures within workplaces, I find it easy to adapt to different employers, students, and parents.
