- I started with Allo in the Residential department, which involved me going into a home to find the best location in the home. I would run the fiber from a slack box, then I would run a path on the outside of the home, or do an attic run. I did well in this department and mastered my job duties in the 2 years with that department.
- I then moved over to the business department in 2020, where I developed new opportunities to expand my career with all. I will go into a business and get them set up with our services, such as TV, internet, phone, fax, and IP phones.

- I would call previous customers to check in with them and see if they had any referrals. I'm required to fill out paperwork with the customer, fill the tank, get it detailed, and deliver the car to the customer. I walk the lot to find potential sales and was also a part of the BPM program, which is because people matter. We would help people who are getting back on their feet and donate a car that we went through and fixed the issues so they could have transportation.

- In my first year, I drove a delivery truck, delivered furniture, and during downtime, we would put furniture together at the stores we delivered to. In my second year, I started at the corporate office in charge of the semi-trucks that would drop off sofa sets to bedroom furniture. I would have to call each store and schedule a time for them to pick up their furniture from their trucks and keep a log of who took what. I was also on the safety committee in charge of making sure the delivery drivers were safe and had the proper equipment and tools to do their job safely.
