Transferring DL and LG cargoes from marine vessels to facilities. Training new employees on policies and procedures. Maintenance on pumps, valves, stripping systems, and packings. Coordinating with dispatch on times and orders. Doing Pre Transfer conferences with operators on transfer requirements. Filling out JSA’s near misses. Keeping up with the proper PPE requirements. Monitoring H2s and bottle watch. Taking online classes on product handling, and safety councils. Making routine rounds, monitoring levels of cargo in tanks. Reading strappings, gauging tanks, dealing with volcanic heaters. Operating hose booms for connecting and disconnecting cargo hoses. Reading pipeline diagrams and dealing with transfer alignment. Topping off and stripping tanks. Making sure the work place is clean and well maintained.

Transferring DL and Maintenance On Barges. Training Deckhands on policies and procedures. Doing routine maintenance on main engines, generators, and deck winches. Painting chipping and cleaning vessel. Tying off boat to facilities Building Tow. Using VhF radio to talk in and navigate vessel to and from facilities.

Transferring product to facilities, and Bunkering ships. Maintenance on boats, and barges. Keeping up with barge paperwork, and inspections. Preparing for barge audits. Being compliant with CFR’s. Training deckhands and management of work duties. Testing fire fighting equipment, and doing safety drills. Doing supply orders, and supply record sheets.

Deck duties including maintenance, painting, cleaning. Adhering to policies and procedures. Working with vessels on building tow and navigation. Keeping up with inventory, and monitoring fuel and oil levels on vesse. PIC for Dl and LG transfers.
